Cancellation of any in-person activity — including depositions and trial appearances — requires a minimum of 7 days' advance notice. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a charge equal to the expert witness's full-day fee (8 hours).
Any request with a required turnaround of fewer than 14 days is subject to a 20% surcharge on all applicable service fees. Please plan accordingly to avoid this additional charge.
All engagements with Expert Consultants are governed by a standard confidentiality agreement between the retaining law firm and Expert Consultants. All case materials, communications, and expert identities shall remain strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
